Please be informed that effective 16 June 2014, a new service provider will be handling the acceptance of visa applications for the Embassy of Australia, DIBP, Manila.  Upon effectivity, PIASI's courier pick-up & delivery service of visa applications for Australia will cease. 

 

Effective 11 June 2014 will be the last day for PIASI to accept applications by courier service. Please take note of the following important dates:

 

07 June 2014 –     Final date of pick-up of visa applications by PIASI from outside Metro Manila

11 June 2014 –     Final date of pick-up of visa applications by PIASI from within Metro Manila

 

We urge all visa applicants who intend to apply by courier service to contact the Call Centre to book for a courier pick-up on or before 11 June 2014.

 

VIA Centre in Makati and Cebu will continue to receive visa application until 13 June 2014.

THE EMBASSY CALL CENTER
The Call Center is the embassy's phone-in service facility that interested visa applicants can call to obtain current information and advise related to applying for a Visa to Australia . The Call Center is manned by professionally trained Customer Service Representatives ready to answer your queries and assist you in relation to your visa application requirements.

SERVICES
An interested applicant may contact the Call Center to avail any of the following services:

A. Obtain Pre-Lodgment Information on Visa Requirements and Procedures
B. Book for Courier Service (subject to courier charges):

 

  • To lodge a Visa Application - P 320.00 per passport for roundtrip courier service ( includes pick-up and delivery)
  • To submit additional documents required by embassy after lodgment - P 160.00 per passport for one-way courier pick-up service
  • To request for delivery of application forms, information sheets, or embassy booklets - P 160.00 one way courier delivery service
  • PHP 160.00 per applicant for Additional documents required by the embassy after lodgement

    CALL CENTER NUMBER & CHARGES

    The Call Center is open to serve you from the convenience of your home or office. It is available nationwide and may be contacted through any of the following numbers:









    This service is available thru a toll call charge costing PHP 32.00 per minute excluding VAT and applicable NDD charges for calls made outside Metro Manila. Additional rates may apply for calls made through payphones, prepaid phone cards or mobile phones. Please check with your telephone provider for details.

    FREE VISA INFORMATION LINE
    To obtain information regarding visa requirements and application process, you may call our free Visa Information number at (2) 845-9200. (Local NDD rates apply for calls made outside Metro Manila.)

    INTERNATIONAL HOTLINE NUMBER
    For overseas access please call our International Hotline number at (+632) 845-9211. Calls will be billed at a flat rate AUD10.00. Payment can only be made through a Mastercard, Visa Credit Card or American Express. (International Direct Dialing (IDD) rates apply. Please check with your telephone provider for details).

    THE VISA INFORMATION & APPLICATION (VIA) CENTRE
    The VIA Centre is a service facility where visa applicants can conveniently walk-in and personally obtain current information and advise related to applying for a visa to Australia .

    At the VIA, an interested applicant is personally assisted by a professionally trained customer service agent on the requirements and process of lodging a complete visa application to Australia. Aside from pre-lodgment assistance, applicants with completed visa applications and required supporting documents may successfully lodge their visa application for Australia at the VIA.

    The VIA is one among other options available to an interested applicant in which to obtain information and gain assistance to make a complete and successful visa application for lodgment at the Australian Embassy. Aside from the walk-in option that the VIA Centre provides, the other options available are calling the embassy Call Center or visiting the website of the Australian Embassy in Manila at http://www.philippines.embassy.gov.au

    VIA Centre Services
    The services available at the VIA Centre are visa related services such as:

    VIA Centre Charges
    Information and personal assistance on pre-lodgment requirements are available free of charge. A handling fee to cover administrative cost & one-way courier service is however assessed as follows:

    VIA Centre Makati

    Service fee for Submission of Visa Application (inclusive of taxes and one-way nationwide delivery by courier)

    -PHP 700.00 per Applicant/Passport.

    Service fee for Visa Evidencing/Stamping (inclusive of taxes and one-way nationwide delivery by courier)

    -PHP 350.00 per passport.

    Service fee for submission of Additional Documents

    -PHP 60.00 per transaction.


    VIA Centre Cebu

    Service fee for Submission of Visa Application (inclusive of taxes and one-way nationwide delivery by courier)

    -PHP 900.00 per Applicant/Passport.

    Service fee for Visa Evidencing/Stamping (inclusive of taxes and one-way nationwide delivery by courier)

    -PHP 550.00 per passport.

    Service fee for submission of Additional Documents

    -PHP 60.00 per transaction.

     

    Please note that the above handling fees are in addition to the Visa Application Charge (VAC), both of which are not refundable. The VAC must be paid in the form of a Manager's Check payable to the Australian Embassy. VAC payments in cash will not be accepted.

    Please note that Lodgment Services & Submission of Additional Documents will be served from Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am-3:30pm and Saturdays 8:00am-11:00am.
