The Call Center is the Embassy’s phone-in service facility that applicants can call to obtain current information related to Visa applications. The Call Center is manned by professionally trained Customer Service Representatives ready to answer your queries and book you for an appointment to submit your visa application.

Walk in Applicants

The VIA Centre is a service facility where visa applicants can conveniently walk-in and personally obtain current visa information or submit completed visa applications for travel to Italy. The VIA Centre is manned by professionally trained customer service agents available to assist in the preparation and completion of your visa application for submission to the Embassy of Italy.

Legalization of Documents

To meet the needs of its clients, the Consular Section of the Embassy of Italy in the Philippines has contracted PIASI (VIA Plus) as the service provider for the submission of Legalization of Civil and Other documents. For customer convenience, the facility offers a range of options aside from acceptance of documents for Legalization.

Premium VIP Service

Applicants looking for a quicker and hassle-free way to lodge an application can avail of PIASI’s Premium VIP service. Applicants will have access to a comfortable private room (with refreshments, media entertainment, personal restroom facility), while a ‘concierge’ attends to their application (screening, verification, etc.).

Please note that setting an appointment to submit a visa application is not required. Applicants are encouraged to go directly to our VIA Centers (located in Makati and Cebu) to lodge their applications.
Customer Service Representatives are available Monday to Saturday, from 8:00AM to 6:00PM (Except during public holidays) to answer general queries or book an appointment for applicants who wish to submit their visa application on a specific date.

You can contact the call centre between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday thru Saturday. Please be informed that the call cost PHP 32.00 per minute exclusive of VAT and NDD/IDD charges for calls made outside Metro Manila, sufficient load is required in case of prepaid telephones.
